Matthew highlights the contact with technology, always present in his life.His father, a born innovator, worked with IoT, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain since 2014, which aroused interest in this universe.At 17 years, still in college, entered the world of payments when working in a crypto startup, a year later, began to work in an industry association, deepening his knowledge in this market. Then the executive returned to supply chain, joining one of the largest health companies in the country.

Having already worked alongside Alby Azevedo, Mateus specialized in compliance, for more than a year Mateus developed this area and, with only 10 months in the company, began to take over operations.
