Companies across eight industries create more than 90 generative AI chatbots in two months

The first 60 days of commercialization of Zenvia's Generative AI Chatbot, which enables companies to create personal, engaging, and fluid experiences throughout the customer journey, already show the impact of technology on the market.

During this period, small and medium-sized companies from the agricultural, technological, legal, real estate, financial, tourism, services and retail sectors invested in the product and completed 99 chatbots of generative AI, that is, more than three every two days!  

Among the main use cases are: consultation of events and training schedule, service screening, confirmation of participation in events, information about the company and its products, guidelines on purchase and sale, registration, consultations and contract management.
