In partnership with AWS, Allp Fit supports a program to train 1 million Brazilians in technology by 2028

With the aim of preparing talent to accelerate digital transformation in companies, public sector organizations, and the third sector, Allp Fit, a fitness network led by entrepreneur Anderson Franco, has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) by creating the AWS Treina Brasil, a massive training program in artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud technology skills, aimed at students, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and entrepreneurs. The program plans to train approximately 1 million people across the country free of charge by the end of 2028.

According to IDC, about 65% of Latin American companies struggle to recruit, retain talent, and develop the digital skills necessary to adopt a digital culture and meet current and future business demands. The labor market is being reshaped by technological advancement, the green transition, and economic and demographic changes, according to the Future of Jobs Report 2025, by the World Economic Forum, requiring efforts to upskill and reskill workers. Technological competencies are expected to gain importance faster than others over the next five years, with AI and big data at the top of the list, and new professions are expected to emerge.

Those interested in participating in the program can register on the portal https://awstreinabrasil.ontidwit.com/#/landingpage/allp-fit and access, on demand, basic and advanced digital content on generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, fundamental cloud concepts, innovation and digital transformation, success stories, among others. Additionally, participants will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the training sessions. The program is aimed both at those wishing to start a career in technology and at established professionals seeking knowledge updates or a career transition.

To celebrate the partnership, an opening live event will be held on November 10th at 7 PM, featuring Anderson Franco, CEO of Allp Fit, and Dan Sabbagh, CTO of Cartão de Todos. The online event will also include the lecture “Introduction to Generative AI – The Art of the Possible,” covering the benefits, risks, and practical examples of using the technology, a brief discussion on the benefits of upskilling, and finally, the presentation of the course “Discover new career possibilities, the power of Micro-credentials.”.

"”Our goal is to build a complete ecosystem, not only focused on health and wellness through Allp Fit, but also wanting our students and partners to have fair and accessible access to innovation and education. Being part of this project with AWS aligns with this premise, and we are very happy to move forward with it,", comments Anderson Franco, CEO of Allp Fit.

Furthermore, other companies are also part of the initiative, such as Senai SC, Refuturiza, Cartão de Todos, IBMEC, Alterdata, ETICE CE, the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific, and Technological Education, Santander, and Santander X.
