With partnerships already established and being probed by funds and solid companies in the sector, Soderhem is born from a dream and a vision: “we want a world in which aging is synonymous with quality and coexistence, and we know that there is a gap in this universe here in Brazil. It is exactly this space, between quality in housing and the possibility of building communities, which we came to fill”, emphasizes Daline Hallbom.
Daline, 17 years of projects in the world real estate market, and partner Beatriz Pons, an architect based in Sweden for 13 years, are shaping a new way of living in the 60+, which unites the architecture and quality of Nordic buildings with the heat that only the Brazilian knows how to promote. “The idea is to reach an A+ audience, who is able to live well, consume good services and still want to have experience, not be considered old and, with that, lose the flame for the” life, explains Beatriz.
Therefore, the projects she signs have, in addition to larger units and adapted to meet the basic needs of those who are at their best age, green and outdoor areas that allow chats, games, outdoor activities and meet new people, the same age group and with the same tastes. “It is almost a fraternity for those who already know what they want and who expect more from life even having lived a lot of”, recalls Daline.
The combo will have, in addition to quality construction and first-rate services, the possibility of partnerships with brands and companies that can promote tours, physical and intellectual activities.“Population aging is the biggest demographic change of the century. Who does not adapt, will be behind”, emphasizes Hallbom.
The two arrive in a good phase and in a market that is in full expansion: according to Data8, the silver economy in Brazil is expected to double in twenty years.We are talking about an annual consumption in the range of R$ 1.6 trillion in 2024, which can reach R$ 3.8 trillion in 2044.
The first project should be launched in 2026 and already has a consolidated developer, but needs the choice of investment fund and a contribution of about R$16 million for the purchase of the land, “which is a finding” confirms Daline. “The estimate is that we have the first delivery in about 4 years, but we can enable more than one project at the same time, since we have studies outside Florianopolis, also”, Beatriz concludes.
