Da negativa à referência nacional: vhsys alcança 1 milhão de cadastros e movimenta R$ 22 bilhões em vendas em 2025

In 2011, Reginaldo and Luan Stocco received a rejection that could have buried their idea of starting a tech venture: investors claimed there were no consolidated metrics to support the business. What seemed like an end ultimately transformed into the starting point of one of the most consistent trajectories in Brazil's software ecosystem.

In 2025, upon completing 14 years of operation, vhsys celebrates significant milestones: 1 million registered users on the platform and nearly 100 billion invoices issued throughout its history. During this period, clients processed over R$ 90 billion through the system. More than just an invoicing tool, the company has established itself as a national benchmark by offering management solutions for micro and small businesses, including financial control, cash flow, inventory, and its own app store.

“From the beginning, we believed that small entrepreneurs needed simple and accessible solutions. Even without investment, we continued developing technology and proving, in practice, that our model had room to grow. Reaching this point shows that this choice was correct,” states Reginaldo Stocco, CEO of vhsys.

The journey included important strategic decisions: in 2016, the company declined an acquisition proposal because it trusted its own growth potential. The following year, it received an angel investment of R$ 1 million, which helped accelerate operations without compromising the business's sustainability.

The most recent numbers reinforce vhsys's relevance in the daily operations of thousands of small Brazilian businesses. Throughout 2025, 7,882,284 invoices were issued through the platform. In the same period, companies using the system recorded R$ 22 billion in registered sales, highlighting the ERP's role in financial control and cash flow organization.

The platform also supported large-scale operations: over 24 million products were sold by companies using vhsys in 2025. Furthermore, the system recorded R$ 35.5 billion in managed purchases, from merchandise to supplies, solidifying its position as a central tool for planning, inventory control, and operational efficiency.

“Our commitment is to continue simplifying the lives of entrepreneurs. The future involves expanding our presence in strategic sectors and increasingly strengthening our mission: to provide technology that places small business owners at the center of digital transformation,” concludes the CEO.
