Mais Correios, the official Post Office marketplace in partnership with Infracommerce, is expanding the presence of the state-owned company in Brazilian e-commerce and reinforcing its mission of democratizing the access of retailers to the digital environment.
With a structured three-pronged operation model 0 hunting (active prospecting of new sellers), Onboarding (efficient integration) and farming (relationship management and ongoing support) & More Correios combines scale and innovation to create a competitive space accessible to small, medium and large retailers.
Marketplace differentials
Mais Correios has stood out for offering conditions that promote the inclusion and sustainable growth of retailers. Among the differentials are the Post Office More Deliveries, which guarantees freight up to 30% cheaper taking advantage of the state logistics capillarity; the 100% humanized service, with close and resolutive support at all stages of the journey; in addition to simplified financial conditions, with installments up to 10 times without interest and only charge commission on sales, without additional fees.
The program also provides continuous support to entrepreneurs, providing training materials, guides and video training, developed with the expertise of Infracommerce.
Sales already show strength in strategic segments such as electronics (45%) and home appliances (34%), but the marketplace has also been registering significant growth in a wide variety of other categories and products. The expansion of the portfolio reflects the platform's commitment to the inclusion and strengthening of different business profiles from small local entrepreneurs to large retailers , driven by a continuous support structure.
This support is guaranteed by the partnership with Infracommerce, which provides training materials, guides and video training to assist sellers in all stages of the digital journey, stimulating sustainable growth within the marketplace ecosystem.
“O Mais Correios was born to be a democratic space, which unites the trust and the logistics capillarity of Correios with the digital innovation of Infracommerce. Our goal is to offer fair conditions for small, medium and large sellers to grow side by side”, says Carol Sampaio, Executive Director More Correios. “More than a platform, what we offer is partnership and trust, supporting sellers in their digital journey and building lasting relationships.”, adds Sampaio.
Integration between physical and digital expands the marketplace's reach
Correios' physical branches are also being integrated into the Mais Correios strategy, reinforcing the concept of omnichannel and proximity to the public. The state-owned company has begun promoting the marketplace at service units across the country, with video communications on internal TVs, stickers on display windows, and badges identifying attendants. This initiative further bridges the physical and digital experiences, introducing the marketplace to consumers who visit the branches and strengthening the brand's presence in the daily lives of Brazilians.
With these initiatives, Correios and Infracommerce reinforce their role as protagonists in strengthening e-commerce in Brazil. The proposal is to offer affordable, innovative and competitive solutions, expanding opportunities for retailers and accelerating the digitalization of Brazilian retail.
