Botmaker Announces New Country Manager for Brazil

Botmaker, a conversational automation solutions company with generative AI and based in Miami/USA, announced the appointment of Erick Buzzi as the new Country Manager for Brazil. Buzzi is a young executive and a name recognized in the technology market for his vast experience and results, the arrival of the executive strengthens Botmaker's presence in the Brazilian market and drives the company to new levels of success.

Erick arrives at Botmaker to replace Julio Zaguini, a partner at the company, who leaves the day-to-day of the Brazilian operation, but maintains his position on the company's global board. “ Erick's arrival makes us very enthusiastic about the future of Botmaker and is part of a well-crafted and careful restructuring movement that will allow us to reach even higher flights. He is a new captain for our team of stars”, says Zaguini.

Erick Buzzi, with more than 15 years of experience in the technology and digital transformation market, brings with it a perspective for innovation and a customer-oriented approach. Graduated in Production Engineering from FEI and at the PLD from Harvard Business School (Leader Development Program), Erick has already held prominent positions, including vice-president in companies such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle and VTEX. More recently, as General Manager Brazil at the Mexican company Yalo.
