Between November 27 and 30, 2025, the traditionally strongest period of Black Friday, Serasa Experian, Brazil's first and largest datatech, identified 4,913,227 orders* placed in national e-commerce. The transactions totaled R$ 3,507,957,376.12 in digital purchases. Of this total, 22,295 operations were classified as fraud attempts and blocked by Serasa Experian antifraud technologies, preventing a potential loss of R$ 24,018,790.85 for companies and consumers.
The most intense day for both retailers and fraudsters was Friday, with 1,950,299 orders and R$ 1,639,785,664.15 in purchases. On that same day, 7,222 fraud attempts were blocked which, if successful, would have resulted in approximately R$ 9,094,026.39 in losses.
