Azul Cargo Express drives digital transformation in logistics

Azul Cargo Express, the logistics unit of Azul Linhas Aéreas, has taken an important step in modernizing its last mileoperation, a decisive stage in the customer experience. With over 320 stores in Brazil and abroad, the company provides door-to-door deliveries to more than 5,000 Brazilian municipalities, covering about 90% of locations. This ensures national coverage of approximately 96% of the population, solidifying the company as one of the largest integrated logistics networks in the country, in addition to operating in the United States and Portugal.

Currently, e-commerce accounts for 37% of Azul’s revenue, and expectations are that this number will increase to 50% by the end of 2025. In recent years, Azul Cargo has been enhancing its traceability and delivery efficiency through new technological solutions, which has led to significant gains in agility, control, and operational visibility.

With a more connected and data-driven operation, Azul Cargo Express has been able to make strategic decisions more quickly, ensuring continuous improvements in delivery to the end customer.
