According to Atomic Group’s founder and CEO, Filipe Bento, this marks the organization’s first M&A (mergers and acquisitions) move. With this acquisition and incorporation, the group expects to achieve ‘seven-digit revenue multiples within the next two years, in addition to increasing LigAPI’s valuation.’
LigAPI is a system integration startup that uses Low Code tools (a software development technique requiring minimal coding). It is headquartered in Palhoça, Greater Florianópolis, and was founded in 2022 by Jonas Kreling, the company’s CEO.
According to Filipe Bento, the synergy with the entrepreneur’s principles and values, the product’s fit with Atomic’s customer and partner base, as well as the group’s strategy of working with integrated software solutions were key factors in the acquisition decision.
“All companies that use software need integration. Bringing an easy and fast integration solution connected to our products and leading market tools—without requiring coding—will further accelerate the transformation and growth of our clients’ businesses and, consequently, the group’s business,” says Bento.
Both LigAPI and the clients of both companies—the acquired startup and Atomic Group—stand to benefit. That’s Filipe Bento’s assessment.
“LigAPI and its founder, Jonas, gain a complete ecosystem to accelerate their business. With a strong brand, expertise, partner ecosystem, distribution power, and capital. For clients, another solution that transforms and accelerates businesses with our pillars of agility and cost-effectiveness, plus a strong culture and service quality.”
Atomic Group’s CEO concludes: “This move reinforces the group’s mission to further accelerate the transformation of entrepreneurs and their businesses through education, technology, distribution, strategy, and investments.”
