Asaas launches Ian, its Artificial Intelligence for Business on WhatsApp

This is the new feature from... Wings[Company name], a leading platform for financial solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), announces 'Ian', its AI business intelligence solution on WhatsApp.

Integrated into the platform's digital account, Ian automates financial tasks directly through WhatsApp, using artificial intelligence to make management faster and more accessible.

The solution was developed by Nexinvoice, a company acquired by Asaas last year, and integrates into the company's portfolio evolution strategy, fueled by the R$$820 million investment, the largest Series C round ever recorded by a company in Latin America. With accelerated growth, the platform recently reached half a billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR), and continues to invest in technology, operational expansion, and strategic acquisitions.

Ian, Asaas's AI, is now available to some customers and will be gradually released to the entire base of over 200,000 active businesses on the Asaas platform by the end of this year.

"We developed the solution over the past year and started testing it earlier this year with the Nexinvoice customer base. Results exceeded our expectations, with high engagement and continued use of the tool. We now proceed with a phased release to the entire Asaas customer base," complements Schittini. 

How's it gonna work?
Customers can now enable Ian within the Asaas platform. After enabling, simply contact the assistant's official WhatsApp number and send commands via text message or voice. The AI will respond based on the customer's account data, generating invoices, conducting inquiries, processing payments, and performing other actions with complete security and ease.

The conversations will be available in the customer's WhatsApp, ensuring continuous access to past information and interactions. The journey is smooth and adaptable: the functionality understands different forms of request and guides the customer to the best solution.

With continuous investment in cutting-edge technology and machine learning applied to customer behavior, Asaas aims to position its business AI as a financial co-pilot. The company also closely monitors new opportunities arising from Central Bank regulations, such as the new Pix rules, to make its solution increasingly intelligent, present, and strategic for business management.
