A Arezzo, one of the biggest references of fashion retail in Brazil, improved its logistics operation and the experience of its customers through the implementation of the quotation of Intelligent Freight Intelipost, the move resulted in an almost 20% increase in freight conversion, an average two-day reduction in delivery times, and a positive impact on consumer satisfaction.
Prior to the implementation of the functionality, Arezzo faced challenges in the freight auction process, which exclusively prioritized the lowest cost, without considering cases where a small additional investment could ensure a significantly better delivery time.
“In January 2025, this strategy impacted 12 thousand orders, reducing the average term by two days and, in some cases, reaching seven days of reduction with an average investment of only R$0.66 per order. We took this cost to ensure a superior delivery experience, maintaining our SLA of excellence and improving our NPS”, he comments Pedro Abreu, Web Logistics Coordinator at Arezzo.
Arezzo Distribution Center is located in Cariacica (ES) and serves different consumer profiles. The limitation of the previous model impacted both sales conversion and customer experience.
“The complexity of the logistics network in the country demands a close look at the freight options, which does not always mean that the lowest value is the best decision. The Smart Freight quotation meets this bottleneck, because we have a database built over more than 10 years in the market. Thus, the analysis of this information always presents the delivery alternative with greater efficiency and better cost-benefit”, he comments Ross Saario, CEO of Intelipost.
Given the significant results of the Smart Freight Quotation, Arezzo is also studying new strategies in partnership with Intelipost to further optimize the offer of reduced deadlines, balancing investments and expanding access to faster deliveries.
