The partnership brought significant improvements to the onboarding process. With the document reuse functionality, over 90% of validations are now completed in under 30 seconds, eliminating the need to send or photograph documents in most cases.
Integration with Serasa Experian’s database also contributed to a smoother and more accurate process, resulting in a 5% increase in registration approval rates. Beyond speed, the system provides a robust security infrastructure, including facial biometrics, liveness detection, automated document verification, and restrictive list checks, meeting the regulatory requirements of the Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA) at both registration and withdrawal stages.
