After the opening of three physical stores in Sao Paulo, Enjoei, the leading platform for buying and selling circular fashion in Brazil, takes an important step to grow in retail: the brand will now expand its business model through franchises.

With the forecast of opening 300 units in the next three years, Enjoei will prioritize the search for franchisees in the regions of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, but the brand is open to good opportunities in other locations, with initial focus on cities with more than 300 thousand inhabitants.

The initiative to take the second-hand market to physical stores reflects Enjoei's view that there is still much to be explored in the retail universe. With research revealing that the second-hand offline market is four times larger than the digital one and with a forecast to move R$ 58 billion in Brazil by 2027, the brand sees a great opportunity for growth. Globally, the used clothing market is expected to reach US$ 350 billion by 2028 and represent 10% of the world fashion market by 2025.

Franchisee profile
The brand is looking for franchisees with retail experience and that are aligned with the circular fashion vision. The Enjoei franchise, as it already happens on the online platform, offers customers the possibility of acquiring renowned brands at affordable prices, contributing to give a new destination to parts that are no longer used, promoting a more conscious consumption.

The Enjoei franchisee will be responsible for acquiring the stock directly from people interested in selling their used parts. The screening, which lasts about 45 minutes, will be carried out by a trained professional of the store.

The initial stock to open the franchise will be approximately 4 thousand pieces, with an exclusive software assisting in the pricing of the goods. Created and developed by Enjoei, the system is based on previous sales data on the online platform. Agile and intuitive, the software remains in constant updates.
