Anjuss launches new e-commerce focused on usability and style

 Anjuss, a streetwear store, has launched a new e-commerce with simplified navigation, modern design and new technologies.

According to Leandro Guerra, e-commerce coordinator of the brand, the goal is to prepare the company for a new level of digital commerce.

 “In the coming years, our goal is to achieve exponential growth and increase the relevance of e-commerce in the company's results. Our differential in relation to physical stores is the absence of limitations of physical or geographical space. We can simultaneously serve numerous customers from different regions of Brazil, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week”, comments the coordinator.

Anjuss' concern with the online consumer experience follows a trend proven by the numbers. According to data from Abcomm (Brazilian Association of Electronic Commerce), the revenue of e-commerce in Brazil in 2023 was R$ 185.7 billion, with Average Ticket of R$ 470.00 (an increase of 2% compared to the previous year), 395 million orders and 87.8 million virtual consumers.

The expectation remains high for e-commerce in 2024. According to Abcomm Forecast projections, the sales of virtual stores in Brazil should exceed 200 billion, with an average ticket of almost R$ 500.00 and more than 90 million virtual buyers. 

The e-commerce department of Anjuss  it is responsible for the management and operation of the company's online sales. Its main functions include the development and maintenance of the sales site, ensuring easy and safe navigation for users.In addition, this department takes care of product management, from the registration and updating of information to the analysis of sales performance and is responsible for customer service, including support and complaint management.
