More than 80% of Bora Ze participants have already been able to formally relocate to the labor market after 180 days of the program's completion, created in 2023, in an initiative led by Ambev and Ze Delivery, its beverage delivery platform, which is present in 714 Brazilian cities. The initiative of Bora, the company's productive inclusion platform, is focused on this portion of the population, as well as their families, offering opportunities for financial empowerment, professionalization and connections within the Ambev ecosystem, as well as offering scholarships for elementary and high school suppletive.
The educational and employability benefits of Bora Ze, which operates throughout the country, have already impacted more than two thousand people directly and indirectly. The partnership with Generation Brazil, a global NGO of education for work, and the companies Analytica Teaching and Eduk, who work in the segment of formal education and online courses, boost the generation of new perspectives to participants, such as Daniela Oliveira, 31, one of the students of Bora Ze. She says that she knew of the initiative through her husband, who worked as a deliveryman of Ze Delivery.“I was interested in the project and the proposal that she had to contribute to the psychological and the benefits that she had left the company, with the support that she had the support of the child.
One of the pillars of Bora Ze is the connection, so the delivery people and people from families with complete high school can also count on a monthly knowledge trail to connect them with job openings within the Ambev ecosystem, in the areas of sales, retail, commercial and logistics.
