Amazon Brazil and RME open registrations for the 5th edition of the free program ‘Take Off, Girl’

Registrations are now open for the 5th edition of “Decola Garota” (Take Off Girl), a free program conducted by Amazon Brazil in partnership with Rede Mulher Empreendedora (RME). The initiative is aimed at women with formalized businesses (already registered with a CNPJ) who work with physical product sales and wish to expand their presence in e-commerce, especially within the marketplace service of Amazon.com.br.

Scheduled to begin in September and run through December, the new edition of the program will be 100% online and will train 150 women—five times more than the previous edition, which had 30 participants. Interested candidates must register by August 18 via the website: Link .

The course offers a complete learning path with content from Amazon and RME, covering topics such as time management, assertive communication, customer relations in e-commerce, brand registration, catalog creation, using Amazon’s logistics, and preparing for sales events.

“Decola Garota is already an established program in our agenda for developing and accelerating female entrepreneurship. Each year, we aim to engage even more women from across the country and diverse business sectors so they can fully explore this opportunity and leverage all the tools Amazon offers to grow their businesses,” says Virginia Pavin, Director of Amazon Brazil’s Marketplace.

In addition to training, 50 entrepreneurs with active stores on Amazon.com.br will be selected for group mentoring sessions led by Amazon and RME experts. Among them, 20 businesses that meet the program’s criteria will receive financial support: 17 participants will receive R$500 each, while 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded R$10,000, R$6,000, and R$3,000, respectively, to invest in their businesses, along with post-project mentoring to provide ongoing support for business development.

Decola Garota aims to boost access to the digital market and strengthen participants’ financial independence. “We want every woman to see e-commerce as a real opportunity for growth. With each edition, the program has proven to be a gateway for them to scale their businesses and increase sales,” says Ana Fontes, founder of RME.

Who can participate?
The program is designed for women from all over Brazil with formalized businesses (CNPJ) that sell physical products (excluding perishable goods) and do not yet sell or have a recent account on Amazon.com.br. Businesses must have scalable sales potential and a focus on marketplace expansion. Priority will be given to applicants from different regions of Brazil, ensuring representation from all states.

Program stages:

  • Online training for 150 women
  • Group mentoring for 50 businesses with active stores
  • Financial support for 20 entrepreneurs
  • Post-project mentoring for the 20 selected participants

With this new edition, Amazon and RME reaffirm their commitment to strengthening female entrepreneurship by promoting access to the digital market, income generation, and economic inclusion.
