Amazon Brazil Expands Benefit and Accelerates Prime Shipping: Free Same-Day Delivery for Items Starting at R$19 

Amazon Brazil today announced that Amazon Prime members will now have access to free same-day deliveries for eligible items starting from R$19, a reduction from the previous value of R$99, reinforcing the company's commitment to offer savings and delivery options increasingly fast and convenient to its customers. The new benefit will be available for eligible products in seven cities in Brazil and its adjacent regions 1 Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, Belo Horizonte, Fortaleza, Porto Alegre and Recife & Co.

To use the service, Prime members only need to select products eligible for same-day delivery and finalize their orders by the region-specific timeout. Items eligible for same-day delivery will be clearly identified during the purchase process with the “Delivery today” tag.

This extension of the benefit complements the Prime value proposition in Brazil, which brings together shopping, convenience and entertainment benefits in a single subscription. Prime members receive free and fast shipping for eligible products, access to Prime Video with movies, series and sports broadcasts, Amazon Music Prime with millions of songs without ads, Prime Gaming with games and access to Twitch, as well as e-books and magazines. The subscription also includes exclusive access to events such as Prime Day and the Amazon Prime Mega Offer.

Amazon Prime subscription costs R$19.90 per month or R$166.80 per year (can be split into 12 R$ 13.90 times), representing a highly competitive value on the list of benefits offered.
