ADSPLAY, a media hub offering solutions from the top to the bottom of the funnel, has hired João Cirino as its Chief Financial Officer. The company also brought in Mikaelly Lira through the Young Apprentice program to work in the Marketing Department.
With a degree in Business Administration and Accounting Sciences and an MBA in Economics and Finance from FGV, Cirino served as CFO at Arrow Electronics and OMRON Electronics, in addition to having worked at GM, Nestlé, and Publicis. At these companies, he served clients such as HO, Nestlé, GM, Mercedes Benz, and Hospital Sírio Libanês. The professional was responsible for establishing GM’s CSC (Shared Services Center) for all of Latin America at the headquarters in São Caetano do Sul (SP), implementing SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) for all Nestlé plants as a key user, and participated in the M&A of Nidec with OMRON.
“I’m very excited. I came in to implement all the controllership and governance structures, which is a big challenge because it involves all the processes in the finance area and other areas as well. Surely, good results will come,” he says.
Mikaelly is in high school and has high expectations to grow with ADSPLAY. “Since I got to know ADSPLAY, I saw in it a great opportunity for professional and personal growth. I am motivated and eager to learn, contribute, and evolve together with the team. I believe in the company’s potential and the impact of the innovative ideas we are building. My goal is to grow with the company, being part of every achievement and joining forces to achieve even greater results,” she states.
