61% dos trabalhadores não demonstram preocupação com a IA substituir as funções humanas

Artificial Intelligence has increasingly been seen as a training tool for office workers rather than a threat to their jobs. A recent survey conducted by Jitterbit, in partnership with Censuswide, with more than a thousand workers from the United States and the United Kingdom, revealed that most see AI as an opportunity to enhance their professional skills.The study shows that 96% of respondents believe that AI can improve their job functions by eliminating repetitive tasks and freeing up time for more strategic and creative activities.

Additionally, the research highlights that 61% of employees show no concern about AI replacing human functions, which reflects a growing understanding that AI acts as a complementary tool to human efforts.

In addition, research shows that automation of routine tasks is coming to fruition with the popularization of generative AI. Among the key benefits expected by workers, 46% highlight the reduction of time spent on information gathering from work systems and applications, while 33% expect AI to increase the time devoted to more reflective and higher-value activities.
