The new U.S.-based unit is established with the goal of serving local and global clients, offering a strategic bridge between Latin American and North American markets.
With over 10 years of operation—serving brands such as Camil, DEXCO, Flora, FORD, GM, PEPSICO, Seara—Yo! Group is recognized for its integrated deliveries, from planning to execution, with a focus on generating real value for the business of major national and multinational brands. The physical presence in the U.S. is a response to the growing demands from the agency’s clients for international projects, especially considering the upcoming World Cup, which will be held in three North American countries (Canada, U.S., Mexico), as well as opportunities related to major events like the NBA, NFL, global trade shows, and educational programs.

The U.S. operation will be led by Juliana, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to close, strategic management aligned with the profile of each market. The expectation for the new operation is to increase revenue from international projects by up to 25% over the next 12 months, driven by activity in the North American market and new global demands.
Among the key highlights of this new phase is the Business Program, a Yo! Group exclusive product under the incentive marketing pillar. Far beyond traditional award trips, the program offers an international immersion focused on executive training, strategic content, and business generation. Each program is tailor-made, connecting leaders and decision-makers to innovation hubs, top universities, global trade shows, and qualified networking environments—always aligned with the brand’s objectives. The format, which has already been successfully applied for companies like Seara and Dexco, is considered one of the agency’s differentiators in the market.
The new unit reinforces Yo! Group’s strategy of being where the client needs, with cultural intelligence, operational efficiency, and proximity. The agency’s international operations also include customized sports experiences, live marketing actions, brand activations at major events, and corporate relationship projects. The local team will be structured according to demand, with support from the Brazilian operation, which currently has about 45 direct employees and a solid network of specialized partners.
