CM Mobile, a leader in Latin America for messaging solutions, announces the start of its operations in Brazil. With a portfolio that already serves over 5,000 clients in 12 countries, the company introduces a robust and intuitive omnichannel platform—now tailored to effectively meet the demands of retail, especially small and medium-sized businesses.
“There are solutions of this kind in Brazil, but most are targeted at the enterprise market. We identified a gap in serving retail SMEs, which need Meta-certified chat technologies that are secure and financially accessible. It is in this niche that we aim to make a difference,” analyzes Pólen Kuhnen, Country Manager of CM Mobile in Brazil.
Outside Brazil, where the company is known as Concepto Movil, the platform recorded over 6 billion messages processed in 2024, standing out in markets such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Central America. For the Brazilian market, the goal is to acquire 2,000 clients by 2030 and have a team of 30 employees within three years, strengthening retail service where there are still many opportunities for technological growth.
Portfolio of Solutions
CM Mobile’s solutions, 100% available in Portuguese, offer integrated management of all interactions between businesses and their customers. The system enables both human-agent support and automated channels, using interactive menus and bots equipped with Generative AI—features that adapt to the specific needs of each retailer.
Customized bots learn from each interaction, continuously improving service quality and ensuring a unique touch for different types of e-commerce or services. Each knowledge base is managed individually, respecting the identity and processes of each client, with a focus on retail operations.
For the Brazilian operation, the initial focus is on WhatsApp—a tool that, alongside India, leads global usage of this app. “Facilitating the use of WhatsApp for business generation is a priority, especially considering the app’s great potential among our clients and the challenge of securing transactions in retail,” highlights Kuhnen.
Among the solutions offered are:
- VentaChat:A platform that enables sales integration directly via WhatsApp, with real-time support, interactive catalogs, and features to streamline purchase orders. The official Meta verification seal, in turn, reinforces transaction security and minimizes fraud risks—a crucial point for retailers and consumers.
- Broadcaster Bot:This tool automates and personalizes communication on channels such as WhatsApp Business, Messenger, RCS, Apple Business Messages, among others, answering FAQs and providing immediate support, whether through bots or human agents.
Expansion and Perspectives
Kuhnen states that CM Mobile is entering the Brazilian market boldly and optimistically. “Brazil holds the largest market in Latin America, but there is still a significant portion of retailers without access to innovative and affordable solutions. We trust in the potential of our technologies to transform this reality and boost small and medium-sized businesses,” concludes.
