Viaflow, a benchmark in business transformation, grows 36% in revenue and achieves record earnings of over R$ 14 million in 2024

The hyperautomation market in Brazil is growing rapidly. Data from Gartner reveals that by the end of this year, at least 50% of large national companies will have adopted technologies in this area for their operations. Following this market trend, Viaflow achieved a 36% revenue increase in 2024. As a result, the company, which is a reference in business transformation, reached over R$ 14 million in revenue and an EBITDA of 22% for the year.

These positive results are even more significant for Viaflow’s founder and CEO, Graziele Rossato, due to the challenges of the previous year when the company had to reevaluate its structure, reduce costs, and optimize and automate processes to regain its competitiveness. “In 2023, we restructured our areas to foster greater collaboration, agility, and creativity, always focusing on the customer. With the support of specialized consultancies in strategy, sales, and products/services, we laid the groundwork for a promising 2024. With all these investments, we believe that 2025 will be a year of growth and expansion. We are ready for new challenges,” explains the CEO.

The second half of the year brought new momentum. With signs of market recovery and more agile processes, Viaflow expanded its team by 20%, keeping up with growing demand and ensuring service quality. Additionally, it implemented Upflow, an internal index that values employees and recognizes their impact on the company’s growth. The result of this initiative was high participation in the GPTW (Great Place to Work) survey, reaching 93% engagement and a score of 92.

“We managed to create a work environment that engages and motivates our team. Besides Upflow, our Business Partner Program distributed around R$ 500,000 in bonuses, aligning company results with employee recognition,” highlights Melissa Mattos, partner and CFO of Viaflow.

For this year, Viaflow projects surpassing R$ 20 million in revenue and maintaining an EBITDA of 20%, even with new investments on the horizon. “Our focus remains on business transformation through technology, processes, and innovation, always with a keen eye on people. We believe sustainable growth and team appreciation go hand in hand,” concludes Graziele.
