Vinicius Colli began his journey at V4 six years ago as a franchisee, investing less than R$10,000 in Colli&Co, the first unit to reach R$1 million in monthly revenue, alongside Gustavo Figueiredo. Today, the operation handles around R$40 million annually and serves clients from V4X, the company’s exclusive division for large corporations, such as XP Investimentos, Sicoob, and Grupo Salus. Both are leaving their respective franchise positions to take on new roles at the headquarters.
