TOTVS launches AI solutions for the Distribution sector

TOTVS, Brazil’s largest technology company, introduces new Artificial Intelligence solutions specialized for the Distribution sector, in partnership with N3urons. The solutions are Sales Intelligence by N3urons, a Generative AI assistant to boost sales and increase business margins, and Sales Automation by N3urons, a solution for sales force management and automation that optimizes performance through AI-generated insights.

Integrated with WhatsApp, the system quickly and accurately answers questions, providing personalized real-time insights via text or voice to assist sellers in meeting targets and closing more profitable deals.

The solution can recognize files such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and texts, automatically generating quotes or sales orders integrated with the ERP or sales force system (SFA). Highly scalable, the tool serves small businesses to large corporations. Sales Intelligence by N3urons is a corporate AI, so its data does not circulate on external platforms, ensuring information security and compliance with LGPD (Brazil’s data protection law).

The Sales Automation by N3urons, goes far beyond a typical market sales force automation system. It offers a proactive and personalized approach for sales teams, transforming data into strategic actions. Based on an embedded Sales Performance engine, the system cross-references data like revenue, profitability (percentage and value), positive sales, and product mix to generate real-time personalized recommendations, proactively guiding sales teams throughout the commercial cycle.

The tool uses machine learning to continuously improve the quality of sales insights and enables the identification of new potential customers via geolocation based on active CNPJs near the seller. The solution facilitates order generation directly via mobile and allows sending payment links via WhatsApp, integrated with the company’s ERP rules. All this through a mobile or desktop app with a simple and intuitive interface.

Another highlight is the product recommendation feature, which suggests items based on each customer’s profile while respecting the company’s business rules. The tool also offers configurable discount authority, giving sellers greater autonomy in negotiations with automated approval when needed.
