Thiago Nigro becomes partner and member of V4 Company’s Advisory Board, aiming for international expansion and IPO

V4 Company, Brazil’s largest digital marketing consultancy, today announced a new chapter in its growth and innovation story. Entrepreneur and digital influencer Thiago Nigro joins the company as a partner and member of the Advisory Board, bringing his expertise in the financial market to strengthen V4’s trajectory toward expansion and IPO. The announcement was made during the V4 Company’s Looking Ahead 2025 event, held at Vibra São Paulo, which brought together major market players, investors, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals.

“This partnership drives us even further toward not only consolidating V4 as the largest digital marketing consultancy in Latin America but also expanding our operations to the United States, advancing our plans for going public, and boosting our clients’ businesses, delivering even more solid and scalable results for small and medium-sized enterprises,” said Dener Lippert, CEO of V4 Company.

The decision reinforces the company’s ambition for accelerated growth and market consolidation, always putting the customer at the center of its decisions, as well as the quality of operations spread across the country. As a member of the Advisory Board, Nigro will participate in biannual meetings to discuss strategic decisions and monitor the execution of V4’s growth plans.

During the Looking Ahead 2025 Assembly, Nigro took the opportunity to give a talk on building scalable businesses with large commercial teams, covering strategies he implemented at Grupo Primo and also sees as differentiators at V4. The event was an opportunity for entrepreneurs and V4 Company partners to understand best practices for sustainable and high-performance growth.

Plans for 2025

For this year, V4 Company projects an annual revenue of approximately R$792 million, investing in strengthening its team, conducting mergers and acquisitions, improving services with AI-based innovation tools, and providing strategic support to clients to ensure increasingly significant results for the network. Additionally, the company aims to intensify its presence in the United States, seeking to expand its international operations, which currently include 170 clients and aim to reach 1,000 by the end of this year.

Regarding growth, the company projects a significant leap in monthly recurring revenue, rising from approximately R$40 million to R$66 million by the end of the year. ‘This move with Thiago Nigro marks a new phase in V4 Company’s history, bringing even more robustness to its operations and reaffirming its commitment to innovation and sustainable growth in the digital marketing market,’ concluded Lippert.
