ShopNext.AI enters the market with innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions for e-commerce

ShopNext.AI, a new Brazilian technology startup focused on e-commerce, announces its official market launch, bringing a portfolio of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions that promise to transform the digital retail experience. Since its creation in July 2024, the company has been working on refining a robust and scalable system, which already includes brands like Ad Lifestyle, Parcelex, and Dorel Juvenile. 

With an initial investment of R$200,000 and the expertise of its three founding partners – Pedro Duarte, Iuri Iovanovich, and Eduardo Lagoeiro –, ShopNext.AI aims to create AI applications for digital retail, making them available and accessible to small and medium-sized retailers, as well as major market players.

We created ShopNext.AI to make advanced tools viable for the sector, providing unique shopping experiences for consumers and significant results for businesses,” highlights Pedro Duarte, CEO and co-founder of the startup.  

The company’s current focus is the launch of ShopNTalk, a powerful conversational tool suite that revolutionizes the e-commerce experience. The solution offers an advanced natural-language search plugin, allowing consumers to interact with a personalized AI, making product discovery more efficient. Additionally, it can integrate with WhatsApp, optimizing cart recovery, campaign outreach, and user support.

The ShopNTalk will be available in a plug and play format on leading platforms like Vtex and Shopify, reinforcing growth potential for 2025, with the goal of reaching 2,000 retailers by year-end. 

Soon, the startup will also expand its portfolio with innovative solutions for catalog management, digital media, and data intelligence, solidifying its position as a strategic e-commerce partner. In addition to its core products, the company will also develop custom projects for major brands, applying modern AI solutions to real market needs.
