Designed for those who are starting out or want to review their value proposition, ‘From Idea to Business’ simplifies strategic planning by guiding users through the nine blocks of the Canvas, such as customer segmentation, channels, cost structure, and revenue streams, with suggestions and directions generated by AI. The goal is to organize ideas and increase the chances of success when starting or adapting a business.
Janine Ledur, Solutions Management Manager at Sebrae RS, explains that the tool represents an important advancement in integrating technology into the entrepreneurial journey. ‘The Technology and Solutions areas developed a solution with generative AI that transforms initial ideas into unique proposals aligned with the specific needs of each entrepreneur,’ she highlights.
According to Janine, the platform’s development followed the institution’s strategic positioning, focusing on practical and personalized solutions tailored to the main chains prioritized by Sebrae RS. ‘The digital approach aims to strengthen the entity’s presence in these segments, generate new services, and boost the growth of small businesses in Rio Grande do Sul,’ adds the solutions management manager.
Furthermore, the tool was built based on the Go-To-Market (GTM) logic, a methodology that guides the best way to launch a solution in the market. The platform helps entrepreneurs identify their audience, define delivery channels, and create more efficient strategies for launching and growing their businesses.
