Riachuelo has just launched on TikTok Shop. Their presence on the platform is another strategic step for the brand to connect with new audiences and expand sales channels in a dynamic and highly engaged environment.
As the only one among Brazil’s major fashion retailers, Riachuelo’s portfolio on the platform will include categories such as clothing, footwear, bags and accessories, sportswear, and Casa Riachuelo home goods. Content curation for the platform is anchored in three main pillars: live shopping, partnerships with affiliates and influencers, and original content created exclusively for TikTok. To drive conversions, the brand will offer flash promotions and exclusive coupons, in addition to leveraging TikTok’s own incentives, such as 20% off on first purchases and 50% off on purchases made during live streams (limited to R$ 35).
Over 5,000 products are already available on TikTok Shop, with continuous expansion in the coming weeks.
