The employer branding HUB, ILoveMyJob, has released the ranking Loved Companies, which lists the most loved companies to work for in Brazil. The survey aims to highlight organizations that understand and meet talent expectations, as well as map the trends and practices shaping the job market in the country.
The survey interviewed 865 professionals from different regions of Brazil, predominantly from the Southeast and South, to identify companies that excel in people management and creating work environments based on well-being, innovation, and purpose. The most representative sectors were tech companies, industries, and other segments with a higher participation of senior-level (35%) and leadership (30%) professionals.
At the top of the national ranking are Natura, Vale, and Grupo Boticário, recognized for modern management practices, innovation strategies, and alignment with employee values. Multinationals like Google and Microsoft also appeared among respondents’ mentions as examples of global benchmarks in technology and innovation. However, the ranking exclusively highlights companies operating in Brazil that meet the specificities of the local market.
“Today, companies need to go beyond competitive salaries. Actively and routinely listening to talent is essential to create environments that inspire and meet the growing expectations of professionals. This practice not only continuously improves the employer brand but also allows anticipating behaviors and building lasting relationships with employees,” says Angélica Madalosso, CEO of ILoveMyJob.
