According to Lilian Cidreira, a professor of leadership and emotional intelligence at ESPM, sectors related to Artificial Intelligence will undoubtedly be in high demand and tend to grow even stronger. ‘Additionally, digital marketing is a field that will continue to stand out significantly. I notice a growing interest among people in understanding this marketing approach focused mainly on social media.’
Other relevant areas highlighted by Cidreira are Emotional Intelligence and People Management. According to her, many professionals struggle to handle high-pressure environments. ‘In this sense, topics like productivity and time management also gain prominence, as there is a direct connection between task overload and the emotional impact it can cause.’
