Pitzi launches digital platform to train 10,000 salespeople from retailers and mobile phone manufacturers

Pitzi, a smartphone and electronics protection company in Brazil, has just launched a digital training platform for salespeople and sales teams of its partners – retail chains, mobile carriers, and phone manufacturers. Available since June 10, the solution aims to train 10,000 professionals in two years and boost sales by 10% in physical stores.

Developed with a focus on practicality, the platform offers learning tracks on Pitzi products, sales techniques, and management, all in a gamified format. One of its key advantages is instant accessibility, as users can start utilizing the content without any prior training or onboarding process.  

“The platform was created to turn salespeople into cellphone protection specialists, with content available anytime and focused on practical results,” explains Tatiany Martins, Commercial, Marketing, and CX Vice President at Pitzi. The tool integrates with the ecosystem of solutions the company already offers for free to partners, such as the Pitzi Ninja app for in-store engagement.  

Pitzi plans continuous improvements to the platform, including implementing artificial intelligence to personalize the learning experience. The initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to the professional development of partners working directly with end consumers, combining qualified training with the growth of commercial results.
