Pinterest announces the launch of the second edition of Pinterest Shop Brazil, an innovative initiative in Latin America that connects brands, creators, and consumers during the most relevant retail period of the year: the end of the year, marked by events like Black Friday and Christmas.
The campaign, which in 2024 has already reached millions of Brazilians, returns as an original production by the platform, promoting trends and products from the most sought-after categories by users: fashion, beauty, decor, and gastronomy. The results achieved demonstrate the advantages for brands to be on Pinterest, as users spend, on average, 20% more during the holiday season compared to other platforms.
The latest edition highlighted the initiative’s potential: over 130 million video views, resulting in 18% higher retention compared to non-Pinterest-produced content between September and December of last year.
“Every three seconds, an end-of-year celebration is planned on Pinterest. This is when we become the top destination for gift and celebration ideas, creating unique opportunities for conversion,” saysRogério Nicolai, Pinterest’s Business Director in Brazil. “We continue working to connect brands and consumers, inspiring choices and simplifying the shopping journey on the platform.”
In 2025, Pinterest Shop Brazil will feature a new outdoor setting in São Paulo, with immersive spaces designed to bring the platform’s universe to life and enhance the creation of organic and inspiring content.
