Paraná Company Sets Up E-commerce in 24 Hours

If, at the turn of the millennium, the internet revolutionized retail with the possibility of selling and buying online, now, a quarter of a century later, technology is once again driving the sector. With artificial intelligence, e-commerce is taking on new dimensions. It’s possible, for example, to set up an online store with a complete customer service structure in just 24 hours.

This is explained by Miriã Plens, CMO of Irrah Tech. Headquartered in the city of Cianorte in Paraná, one of Brazil’s main textile industry hubs, this technology solutions provider is the developer behind brands like E-vendi, Kigi, and GPT Maker. E-vendi is a module of Kigi, an e-commerce platform native to the ERP system [management software]. It integrates with GPT Maker, an artificial intelligence tool. This enables the AI to sell automatically.

“The customer service experience delivered to the client by merchants using E-vendi is similar to that of a physical store, only automated and available 24/7,” emphasizes Miriã Plens. “Setting up an e-commerce store through E-vendi takes about 24 hours on average, after which the online store will be ready to start selling,” she adds. The integrated system journey between E-vendi and the other two solutions is comprehensive, says the Irrah Tech executive. It includes inventory management, organizing, controlling, and generating reports; cash control for both physical and virtual stores; sales budgeting with sales and commission management; invoice issuance; and registration of users, customers, suppliers, and salespeople.

This way, e-commerce merchants can identify fast-moving products, adjust promotional strategies, and spot sales trends. “Moreover, operational and repetitive tasks become automated, with detailed reports generated for strategic business planning. The entrepreneur can focus on strategic actions,” notes Miriã Plens.

Specifically, the Kigi solution, of which E-vendi is native, is already used by 350 businesses across all five regions of Brazil. “Technology enables brands to focus on what truly matters: growth and business expansion, leaving repetitive and operational tasks to artificial intelligence,” highlights the CMO.

Irrah Tech has over 20 years of market experience. The hub’s origins trace back to 2004 with Grands Sistemas, founded by entrepreneur César Baleco. In 2005, Miriã Plens and Diego Berteli joined the group, and in 2018, Mateus Miranda and Felipe Sabadini also became part of the company.

Irrah Tech comprises five solutions. In addition to Kigi, E-vendi, and GPT Maker, the portfolio also includes Plug Chat (multi-number WhatsApp integration) and Dispara Aí (WhatsApp automation). A sixth tool originally from the hub, Z-api, was acquired by a US-based holding company.
