Founded in 2024 by three entrepreneurs from Blumenau, Odisseia AI entered the Brazilian market with the proposal to transform how companies interact with their customers and leads (potential customers) through AI-based intelligent service agents. More than just automating responses, the startup develops platforms with generative artificial intelligence, customized for each business and designed from the ground up to be operated by AI—with pre-sales routines, customer service, support, collections, and report generation.
Odisseia goes far beyond the well-known chatbots, creating intelligent agents that perform various functions throughout the customer relationship funnel, via text or voice. Whether it’s for pre-qualifying sales, answering FAQs, scheduling visits, or automatically filling CRM systems, Odisseia’s assistants operate fluidly, contextually, and humanely.
Among the solutions developed, there are already agents trained for specific sectors:
- Penélope, a customer service specialist for real estate companies, working in sales and rentals with automated scheduling, follow-ups, and CRM integration.
- Synthetos, an intelligent assistant focused on data analysis, generating reports and insights about the client’s business, translating complex information into strategic decisions.
- Odisseia SDR and Odisseia SAC, focused on pre-sales and customer service, respectively, helping companies scale their operations with customized, 24/7 AI.
“Our goal is not just to answer questions. It’s to create intelligent workflows that save time, increase conversion, and elevate the customer experience. Our assistants can even automatically fill out the CRM, allowing managers to track each customer’s progress in the sales funnel,” explains Felipe Bittencourt, CEO of Odisseia.
The solution is already used by companies in various sectors, such as real estate agencies, car dealerships, e-commerce, distributors, healthcare clinics, and law firms. This diversity, according to the brand’s CEO, demonstrates the flexibility and applicability of Odisseia’s agents, which adapt to the needs and language of each market.
