Núclea, a tech company specializing in digital transaction infrastructure and data intelligence solutions, announces the arrival of Ricardo Dias Gomes, formerly of B3, Citibank, and CSD, to take on the role of Executive Business Superintendent. He will be responsible for the over-the-counter market unit, expanded after the acquisition of CRT4’s operations in 2024.
“Over time, Brazilian capital and financial markets have become increasingly complex, presenting excellent opportunities for market infrastructures like Núclea to accelerate the development of new products and processes through innovation and in compliance with current regulations. I’m excited to join this mission of making Núclea an increasingly relevant player in this market,” says the executive.
With extensive experience in financial market infrastructure services, he holds a degree in Business Administration, an Executive MBA from Insper, and executive certifications from ISE Business School. With over 25 years in the financial market, he worked at Citibank in operational Treasury areas, dealing with Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Derivatives products, among others.
He was one of the leaders of BM&FBOVESPA’s initiative to develop competition with what was then Cetip, achieving significant positioning results for over-the-counter market infrastructure solutions.
With the creation of B3, he had the opportunity to work on-site with Cetip’s operations, actively participating in the integration process of the two companies. More recently, he joined CSD BR’s commercial area, developing customer touchpoints.
