The technology and innovation market in Brazil continues to expand rapidly, driven by disruptive startups and initiatives that connect global solutions to the national reality. It is in this promising scenario that the Atomic Group emerges, a new innovation ecosystem that promises to turn ideas into high-impact businesses.
Headquartered in Santa Catarina, one of the country’s leading technology hubs, and operating nationwide, Atomic Group brings together seven companies under an integrated strategy to drive startup growth and foster access to quality education. Among the businesses that make up the group are Br24 and Atomic Apps, already established in the market, along with five new initiatives: Atomic Ventures, Atomic Education, Atomic Partners, Atomic Capital, and Atomic Data.
The goal is ambitious: to generate R$35 million in revenue by 2025 through a diversified portfolio of products and services that meet emerging demands in the innovation market. “This is an ecosystem that boosts startups with growth and acceleration solutions, turning ideas into successful businesses,” explains Filipe Bento, founder and CEO of Atomic Group.
With this bold vision, Atomic Group aims to establish itself as a strategic player, not just for startups but also for investors and partners who see innovation and seek atomic growth!
Filipe Bento is also the founder of Br24, a company created seven years ago and holds the title of the world’s highest-impact Bitrix24 partner! With significant growth, Br24 closes the year with R$20 million in revenue, cementing its position as a sector reference.
This success was one of the catalysts for the creation of the Atomic Group. “We will boost technology channels and partners with the potential to scale, as we have scaled,” says the CEO. With the formation of the holding, Br24 now has new leadership: Fernanda Oliveira takes over as Executive Director, bringing a strategic vision for the company’s next steps.
Additionally, the group features notable figures in its companies: Djeison Silva as a partner at Atomic Apps, and Gustavo Abdala as a partner at Atomic Ventures, reinforcing expertise and business vision in strategic fronts of the ecosystem.
From the start, Atomic Group highlights two of its new operational fronts:
- Atomic Ventures, a startup accelerator with an innovative investment thesis based on the ‘channel for equity’ model, where startups receive support through sales channels in exchange for equity. “Our goal is to take early-stage startups by the hand and bring them to market, addressing an urgent need for resources many face due to current economic challenges,” explains Filipe Bento.
- Atomic Education, the group’s educational arm, will develop training and education products to prepare entrepreneurs for sustainable growth.
“We’ve noticed that since 2023, due to the international situation and high interest rates in Brazil, startups have faced difficulties raising funds. The Atomic Ventures emerges as a strategic response to this scenario,” adds Filipe.
