Uber and Loggi, a leader in deliveries in Brazil, announced the arrival of their new integrated service, Envio Nacional, in São Paulo. The launch will allow Uber app users in the city to send national packages, with collection and delivery handled by Loggi, covering over 5,500 municipalities across Brazil.
With the expansion to one of the country’s major cities, the companies announce this new phase of service growth, which could reach over 10 million users. The pilot project has been operational since June in Campinas (SP) and Curitiba (PR), with plans to expand to other cities in the coming months.
“After an important testing phase, this expansion marks a significant step in our partnership by offering customers another option to simplify national package shipping. By combining Uber’s expertise in mobility and our logistics know-how, we’re broadening the range of services, allowing individuals and businesses to benefit from fast, high-quality, and efficient shipping solutions,” explains Viviane Sales, Vice President of Customers and Revenue at Loggi.
Key benefits include the convenience of requesting national shipments without leaving home or the office, all through the Uber app, with full tracking, delivery date predictability, and security for long-distance shipments. For users and businesses, Envio Nacional saves time so they can focus on what truly matters.
“When we partnered with Loggi, we knew the market lacked a solution like Envio Nacional—one that serves people and businesses nationwide with greater convenience. Bringing this service to Brazil’s largest city represents a crucial new phase, as millions now gain access to faster, simpler, and more efficient shipping,” highlights Marco Cruz, Director of Business Development at Uber.
How Envio Nacional Works
Through the Uber app, users can select the Envio Nacional option to ship packages—including a wide variety of products like fashion, cosmetics, sports gear, toys, books, electronics, fragrances, pet accessories, and more. Items will be collected by Loggi, processed through their network, and distributed nationally for delivery.
All shipments can be tracked directly in the Uber app. Additionally, if users have questions or need support, they can access the Envio Nacional shipment under the ‘Activity’ section in the Uber app and interact with Lori, Loggi’s Generative AI-powered assistant for customer support. Lori provides personalized guidance for each case. For more specific assistance, users will be directed to human representatives for resolution.
