New app turns events into real networking opportunities

In Brazil, selling remains the biggest challenge for micro and small businesses. According to the 2025 Sales Panorama survey conducted by RD Station with support from TOTVS, RD Station Conversas, Exact Sales, and Lexos, 74% of Brazilian companies did not meet their targets last year. The scenario worsens with the rising cost of customer acquisition, declining lead quality, and the overload of entrepreneurs who, between administrative and operational tasks, have little time to invest in truly productive networking.

It was in this context that SinApp emerged, a Brazilian platform that connects participants in business events based on affinity, areas of activity, and specific demands. Unlike traditional social networks, where interaction tends to be superficial and unfocused, SinApp uses artificial intelligence and data enrichment to suggest meaningful connections in less than two minutes, tailored to each user’s current needs and goals.

Entrepreneur Paulo Motta, a partner in the tool, explains that the idea was born from practical experiences at corporate events. “You arrive there, see a lot of interesting people, but don’t know who’s who. Sometimes you talk to someone who doesn’t align with your current needs and miss the chance to connect with a key player who was in the same place. SinApp solves this,” he says.

In practice, the platform works like a dynamic showcase. By accessing the event via QR Code, users register a brief profile and specify what they’re looking for. The algorithm then presents the most aligned contacts, allowing filtering by sector, location, and interest, while also suggesting approach messages and scheduling automatic follow-ups. “It’s like a networking Tinder, but with real intelligence behind it,” Motta summarizes.

The app also offers features like sending messages on strategic dates, automating approaches, and even a service that contacts and schedules meetings for the user. The business model is freemium: entry is free, and paid plans provide access to advanced features. The company aims to reach 60,000 active users by the end of 2026 and expand to other countries through regional hubs tested in Brazil.

With an average attention span of just 12 minutes in face-to-face interactions, connection precision can determine the success of a meeting. For Motta, a national reference in authentic connections, networking isn’t about exchanging cards but opening doors that make sense. “Today, everyone wants speed but also depth. This only happens when you know who you’re talking to,” he emphasizes.

SinApp is already in testing at corporate events and business rounds bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, and sector leaders. The expectation is that in the coming months, the platform will incorporate in-app meeting scheduling and engagement data analysis during encounters. In a country where lack of sales is one of the main threats to business survival, solutions combining technology and strategy are no longer a trend but a necessity for those seeking connections that generate concrete business.
