According to Rafael Coffani, founder of Natural Bot, the technology solves one of the main challenges of WhatsApp-based delivery: the limitations of human customer service. “WhatsApp is an essential tool for many restaurants, but without automation, maintaining service standards, scaling sales, and providing an agile and interactive shopping experience becomes challenging. CoPiloto changes this scenario by offering humanized and efficient service, automatically boosting sales,” explains Coffani.

Beyond answering questions and processing orders, CoPiloto intelligently suggests complementary items, increasing average customer spending. It also eliminates the need for manually sending payment receipts by automatically verifying transactions through the Central Bank, ensuring greater security against fraud.

The platform also features an administrative dashboard where restaurant managers can customize CoPiloto’s identity, manage menus, define delivery zones, and track sales metrics. Natural Bot aims to reach 1,700 active accounts by 2025 and exceed 15,000 by the end of 2026.

According to Abrasel research, 63% of establishments use WhatsApp for sales, and 32% identify the app as their primary delivery tool. With support for text and audio orders, the platform makes shopping more fluid and accessible, reducing virtual queues and optimizing service. Beyond mediating orders, CoPiloto handles inquiries, sends menus, suggests items, processes payments, and automatically generates Service Orders. Integration with POS and logistics systems like Saipos, Eclética, and Colibri, along with expanded API connectivity, reinforces its vision of a complete delivery ecosystem.
