A Freshworks announced today apartnership with McLaren Racing, becoming the Official Partner of the McLaren Formula 1 team. McLaren has integrated Freshworks’ IT Service Management (ITSM) solution, Freshservice, aiming to boost productivity through more agile and efficient IT services across the team.
With AI-powered Freshservice, the McLaren Formula 1 team ensures its global IT operations run smoothly, handling service requests quickly and seamlessly—even during the intense global racing season. The solution eliminates complexity and enhances operational efficiency across the board.
Freshservice supports McLaren’s IT team in reducing technical issues, allowing them to focus their efforts on track performance. Efficient, streamlined processes minimize friction, accelerate incident resolution, and improve service delivery.
The Freshworks brand will be featured on the McLaren Formula 1 race cars and team uniforms until the end of the 2025 season—and will continue through subsequent seasons—making its debut this weekend at the Belgian Grand Prix.
