Mari Pinudo is the new Country Manager for Adobe Experience Cloud in Brazil. With nearly 25 years of experience in the technology sector and stints at companies like IBM, Gartner, Deloitte, and Salesforce, she takes over operations in the country with the goal of strengthening customer relationships and expanding the company’s presence in strategic markets across different regions of Brazil.
Mari’s appointment comes at an important time for Adobe. The Brazilian market has been prioritizing investments in technology applied to customer relationships, and the company stands out precisely for offering complete solutions for this challenge. “Our focus is empowering companies to better understand their customers and turn that knowledge into concrete actions with real business impact,” says the executive.
In a global context, Adobe’s goal for Latin America is to grow three times faster than the global average, and Brazil represents half of that market. “Our expansion aligns with the demands of Brazilian companies. When we analyze these companies’ strategic plans, we see that most signal growth, portfolio expansion, and a focus on customer experience. This is exactly what Adobe offers. Our growth strategy is backed by the market’s interest in investing in these solutions,” reinforces Mari.
The evolution of market maturity is also a point in Adobe’s strategy. Many companies talk about personalization, but the reach of real-time hyper-personalization is much greater. “Customer experience goes beyond hyper-personalization: it involves intelligent use of data, integration between physical and digital, omnichannel service, content management, among others. Achieving this maturity will only be possible with AI embedded in workflows. Our priority is to build this with our customers,” explains Adobe’s new Country Manager.
With a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense, an MBA from IBMEC, and board certification from IBGC, Mari has built a multidisciplinary career spanning various technical and consulting areas. This background positions her uniquely in the market. “Technology is part of every company’s business strategy, and my mission is to have Adobe at the center of this discussion, delivering experiences, results, and ensuring our customers’ success,” she concludes.
Under her leadership, Adobe in Brazil will continue its growth trajectory and technology implementation focused on the adoption of digital solutions and large-scale personalization by companies. “For Adobe, AI isn’t an isolated topic but a tool integrated into daily business. We’re just at the beginning of what AI can offer, and Adobe customers will be at the forefront of this transformation,” concludes Mari Pinudo. The new leadership reinforces Adobe’s commitment to accelerating digital transformation in Brazil with a focus on innovation, personalization, and AI applied to business.
