Magalu has just launched the “Rewarded Purchase” promotion, a campaign developed in partnership with TLC WorldWide Latam, a global expert agency in rewards and experiences. The promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made at the company’s 1245 physical stores across Brazil. The mechanics are simple and practical: buy, scratch, win.

“‘Buy and win’ promotions continue to be one of the most effective ways to engage the audience at the point of sale. And when the prize is an experience, the connection goes beyond the purchase,” says Aline Queirantes, Magalu’s marketing director. “It’s about creating connection, generating memory and perceived value. The partnership with TLC helps us amplify this impact across all our physical stores.”

The standout feature of the promotion is that all customers win experiences — no raffles and no complications. TLC WorldWide Latam offers an exclusive curation of rewards ranging from self-care and wellness moments to cultural and sports experiences, such as haircuts, massages, music lessons, language classes, sports, coffee, printed memory albums, services like car washes, and more.

Participants also compete for shopping vouchers worth up to 700 reais at Magalu, totaling nearly 1.5 million reais distributed. When making a purchase, the customer receives access to a digital scratch card with two stages: the first guarantees an experience, and the second gives a chance to win coupons. There are 12,000 chances to win a 50-reais voucher, 1,245 chances to receive a 100-reais coupon, and another 1,245 shopping vouchers worth 700 reais.
