Lojasmel, the retail chain, has just announced the hiring of its new Head of Operations, Renato Carneiro. With over 28 years of experience in finance and retail, the professional brings solid expertise in team management, store expansion, and the implementation of strategic processes.
His career includes positions at major brands in the sector, such as Caedu, Bradesco, and C&A, where he held leadership roles in commercial and operational areas. His journey ranges from opening new units to structuring high-performance teams, always with a focus on results and customer experience.
At Lojasmel, Renato will be responsible for leading operations across the chain’s 50+ stores while actively contributing to the brand’s growth plan.
