Linx launches ‘Owner’s Perspective’ campaign with Caito Maia

Linx, a retail technology specialist, launched the ‘Owner’s Perspective’ campaign with Caito Maia, founder of Chilli Beans, as ambassador. The main goal of the initiative is to show how technology can be a strategic ally for retailers, promoting efficiency, growth, and smarter business management. Caito will play a key role by connecting his experiences with the adoption of technological solutions, addressing retailers’ needs and reflecting on the results.

Starting in April, the campaign is part of Linx’s marketing strategy to promote the Microvix software and will run on the company’s digital platforms until December 2025. Aimed at small and medium-sized retailers, franchisors, and fashion industry managers, the initiative reinforces Linx’s positioning as a partner in retail digitalization and the pursuit of efficiency and sustainable growth.

The choice of Caito Maia as ambassador strengthens the campaign’s connection with the reality of Brazilian entrepreneurs. A Linx Microvix customer for over a decade, Caito shares the strategic vision guiding the company’s solution development. ‘Caito comes to contribute, bringing his success story and his connection with small and medium entrepreneurs who directly resonate with the ‘Owner’s Perspective’ campaign concept,’ says Rafael Reolon, Linx’s Retail Director.

Throughout the campaign, Caito Maia and Linx experts will visit entrepreneurs, sharing experiences and demonstrating, in practice, how Microvix can transform business management and profitability. ‘Entrepreneurs must stay attentive to innovation and technology to grow. Partnering with Linx allows me to share my experience with thousands of retailers who want to transform their businesses and stand out in the market,’ says Caito Maia.

As the ambassador, Caito will be the star of exclusive content on social media and will also host special episodes of Linx’s Retail Podcast (PDV). These conversations will feature interviews with entrepreneurs at different growth stages, discussing management challenges and opportunities brought by technology. On ‘If You Stop, the Blood Cools’, on Radio 89 FM, Caito will also welcome a Linx expert to discuss topics like innovation, data intelligence, and strategies for more efficient management.

With the ‘Owner’s Perspective’ campaign, Linx strengthens its position as a reference in retail solutions, supporting entrepreneurs in their digital transformation journey and business strengthening.
