KingHost, a reference company in digital solutions and part of LWSA, announced the official launch of WEB Monitoring, a tool developed to transform how digital marketing agencies, IT professionals, and companies handle the availability and performance of their websites, APIs, and online platforms.
Focused especially on the domestic market, the solution stands out as the first Brazilian tool in this segment, with operations and billing in Brazilian reais, in addition to offering a simple and intuitive user experience, even for those without advanced technical knowledge.
In a scenario where every second of instability can represent significant losses, especially in digital campaigns and operations, WEB Monitoring emerges as a response to the main challenges faced by agencies and companies with high digital dependency.
Websites going offline, APIs becoming unavailable, or slow loading times are situations that directly impact campaign performance and user experience. To avoid these losses, WEB Monitoring allows real-time tracking of accessible URLs, proactively identifying availability and performance issues.
WEB Monitoring is ideal for IT or digital marketing professionals, developers, marketing agencies, software factories, and companies with high digital dependency—such as e-commerce stores and SaaS platforms—among other profiles that require stability and quick response times to keep their operations running.
Lívia Lampert, Product Manager at KingHost, explains that the solution continuously monitors websites, APIs, and other critical URLs, sending customized alerts via email or Telegram whenever an anomaly occurs—such as outages, common errors, or slowdowns. ‘This allows agencies to act quickly, avoiding negative impacts on their clients’ businesses,’ she highlights.
‘In practice, this means reducing financial losses by detecting failures like a 500 or 404 error before they cause real damage, in addition to providing complete control over the monitoring of critical projects, 24/7. A common example is an online store that identifies a 500 error in a timely manner and manages to restore operations before it affects sales. This kind of agility is essential for those who rely on digital presence to generate revenue,’ concludes the executive.
A study conducted based on URLs monitored by the tool reveals the most frequently detected statuses. In 60.87% of cases, the status identified is 200 (OK), indicating that the URL is operating normally. However, 17.39% of accesses returned an 500 (Internal Server Error), usually associated with application code failures or API integration issues. Other relevant statuses include 503 (Service Unavailable) at 6.96%, typically linked to server overload or maintenance, and 301 (Moved Permanently) at 4.35%, reflecting redirects that are not always well configured. Errors such as 502 (Bad Gateway) and 403 (Forbidden), both at 4.35% and 3.48%, respectively, were also recorded, in addition to 504 (Gateway Timeout) at 2.61%. This data reinforces the importance of quickly identifying failures and maintaining digital stability as a priority.
A real-world example of the tool’s effectiveness comes from Dennis Tae, founder of Mindage Agency and a KingHost customer since 2014. Before, he monitored his clients’ websites manually, checking them every day—a time-consuming and inefficient process. With WEB Monitoring, Dennis now receives automatic alerts as soon as a website goes down, allowing him to act quickly—often before the client even notices the issue. ‘The sense of security has increased significantly,’ he celebrates. ‘Now I can enjoy my weekends peacefully, knowing I’ll be alerted immediately if something happens. For those who need practicality and productivity, it’s an essential solution.’
Among the key benefits are:
– Reduction in losses due to projects and websites going offline;
– Increased client retention, thanks to failure prevention;
– Ongoing improvement in website performance, optimizing campaign results;
– Affordable and scalable plans that adapt to the needs and budgets of different client profiles.
WEB Monitoring can easily be integrated into clients’ digital strategies. Agencies, for example, can configure the system to track e-commerce websites during critical dates like Black Friday or supervise content platforms and landing pages, ensuring 24/7 availability and performance.
‘Our goal with this tool is to deliver control and peace of mind to digital presence managers. We’re empowering agencies and developers to act preventively, ensuring technical issues don’t compromise their results,’ concludes Lampert at KingHost.
