The Ninja of the Future will have ten spots for creative individuals passionate about the sector and eager to learn. KaBuM!’s internship program will have a gamified format. The goal is to not only develop young professionals but also help them engage with the company’s ecosystem and society in a fun way. The learning journey for the new ninjas will include lectures, training sessions, projects, and ongoing mentoring. The positions are available across various company areas, such as Technology, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and more. To participate, candidates must be available to intern six hours a day (during business hours), be enrolled in exact or humanities courses, and complete their undergraduate studies by December 2026 (the program has a maximum duration of two years).
