Intelipost evolves its positioning and innovates as a logistics intelligence platform

With over a decade of experience in the sector and serving a portfolio of more than 750 clients, Intelipost announces its new market positioning. Recognized as a leader in TMS solutions, the company now presents itself as a logistics intelligence platform, introducing the concept of LIP – Logistics Intelligence Platform.

This change reflects the strategic transformation carried out in recent years, with a growing focus on data and the expansion of the solution portfolio, which goes beyond the traditional scope of a transportation management system.

Among the most recent launches are:

  • 360 Control Tower– which provides total and detailed visibility of each order’s delivery journey, highlighting delay prediction and insights into the influence of freight on sales conversion.
  • Optimize– a solution that allows clients to turn their logistics data into strategic decisions, considering Intelipost as the largest source of agnostic logistics information in the country, for carrier recommendations and intelligent simulations per delivery.
  • Max– a services vertical that leverages proprietary know-how and methodology to operate each invoiced order delivery with maximum efficiency and scale.

These solutions, which combine software, data, and now also services, form a complete and pioneering ecosystem in the country – solidifying Intelipost as the first LIP in Brazil.

“With a churn rate below the market average and achieving sales records, we start 2025 with the highest cumulative growth of the last five years – the result of an entirely organic trajectory. The launches of Optimize and Max, which have already secured their first contracts between April and May, offer high added value to our clients. Interestingly, the acronym LIP, created to represent the new concept, is present in the company’s own name – “Intelipost” – reinforcing the brand’s DNA in logistics intelligence.

The new positioning will be officially presented on June 2nd and 3rd in São Paulo during VTEX Day, one of the leading digital commerce events in Latin America.
