The wait is over! The partnership between Uber and Livelo, which promises to change the way benefits are accumulated, is now live. Starting today, Uber rides and deliveries can be converted into Livelo points, turning your journey into an opportunity to earn rewards like products, trips, services, and even cashback. The feature is being gradually rolled out to all Uber users in Brazil, and members of Uber One, Uber’s subscription program, get extra perks. Points are accumulated as follows:
- For Uber One members: 1 Livelo point for every R$ 2 spent on any Uber ride;
- For other users: 1 Livelo point for every R$ 3 spent only on Uber Black, Comfort, and Reserve services.
The partnership will also include promotional campaigns and special point rates on specific dates. Information about eligible categories can be found in the terms and conditions.
For now, all payment methods are valid for earning points, including Uber Cash. On rides with split payments, each user who has their Livelo account linked to Uber will earn points proportional to their payment, as long as the account is linked before the ride ends.
Points will be credited to the Livelo account within 7 calendar days after payment is confirmed and the ride is completed. The partnership is valid only for rides that start and end in Brazil.

How to link accounts and start earning points
The integration is simple and quick. To connect your Livelo account to your Uber profile, follow these steps:
- Open the Uber app and go to the “Account” menu in the bottom right corner.
- Select the “Settings”.
- option. In the “Rewards” section, choose “Livelo” and then ‘Link and start earning points.’
- Log in to your Livelo account or create a new one if you don’t have an account yet.
- Follow the validation instructions (via SMS) to authorize the link.
Done! Your account will be linked, and you’ll start earning points automatically on all eligible rides. Note: An Uber account can only be linked to one Livelo account and vice versa; if you want to link a new account, you must unlink the previous one first.

- Open the Uber app and go to the “Account” menu in the bottom right corner.
- Select the “Uber One” and then “Subscribe to Uber One”.
- Carefully read the terms and conditions and follow the instructions to choose the monthly or annual plan (R$19.90/month or R$198/year, respectively).
- Select a payment method and you’re done! You can now enjoy the benefits of being an Uber One member.
