Ingram Micro Brasil, a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest distributors of IT solutions and services, has just entered into a partnership with SentinelOne®, an American cybersecurity company specializing in automated protection for endpoints, cloud, and identities. With this agreement, Ingram Micro strengthens its cybersecurity portfolio and brings new cutting-edge solutions to the Brazilian market to detect, prevent, and neutralize sophisticated virtual threats through artificial intelligence and automation.
Through this new collaboration, partners and clients across Brazil will have access to innovative technologies that meet the growing demands of the digital security market. ‘The partnership aims to empower businesses to protect their data and assets with maximum efficiency, while also consolidating our presence in the cybersecurity sector with a robust portfolio aligned with global trends,’ says Alexandre Nakano, Director of Business Development for Cybersecurity and Networks at Ingram Micro.
Under the agreement, Ingram Micro will now distribute all SentinelOne solutions, with a focus on the Singularity™ Platform, which integrates endpoint protection, extended detection and response (XDR), and applied artificial intelligence. ‘The platform stands out for its ability to identify and mitigate threats autonomously, without the need for manual intervention. This set of features provides greater operational efficiency and significantly reduces incident response time,’ he explains.
For SentinelOne, the partnership represents a strategic advancement to strengthen its presence in the Brazilian market. ‘We chose Ingram Micro as our partner in Brazil due to its extensive network and established presence, as well as its ability to serve different market segments. Additionally, its specialized structure, with an excellence center and a dedicated product management team, will allow our solutions to be distributed in an even more structured manner,’ highlights André Tristão e Mello, Sales Director for SentinelOne LATAM & Caribe.
‘The alliance will also streamline operations by optimizing distribution channel management, allowing SentinelOne to focus on top-performing partners while Ingram Micro handles a broader range of channels. This approach aims to increase SentinelOne’s relevance among resellers, strengthen relationships within the value chain, and ultimately solidify its presence in the Brazilian market,’ adds Marlon Palma, Director of Channels and Business for SentinelOne LATAM.
